There were parts of this book that seemed trivial and like they were just filler...to make the book long. It wasn't that I wasn't interested in those little bits and what was happening..it was more that I didn't understand how they related to the big picture. Once I read the last chapter and the epilogue it all came together, though that was kind of a long wait for it to happen. All in all the book was awesome and the main story was really good. It's pretty dark and graphic and it was hard to imagine what these people were going through because it was all just so heinous. I loved Froi which was strange because he was so unlikable in the first book. I was also so right about who he was which was an interesting twist in the story. Can't wait for book 3!
